  Awful staff lied about burger for the 5.55 deal its only one patty not 2 when clearly it states 2. Staff fighting in kitchen while our kids listened.. terrible atmosphere..will not go again...........

  It's like the staff literally doesn't care about working or providing good service! Tables left messy all over the floor and a line at the door. People being served without getting silverware or napkins! Over an hour and a half to have a salad and a cheeseburger and ice cream! Un-real! Such poor service and mediocre food. Never again. Doesn't matter what Friendly's you go to. Service SUCKS

  SAT there waited litterly 20 for a server took my order didn't even listen to what I said. This is my 1st time at friendly a in 20 yrs. Now I remember why I stopped coming and will not be going back
